- Material: Digital presentation
1. All text should be clearly readable from a distance of approximately 2 meters. Authors are encouraged to use a recommended body text size of 16-20 pt.
2. The poster layout may follow the author’s preferred design style; however, all content must be presented in English.
3. Your poster must include:
- Title
- Author(s) (list all authors in the correct order, with the presenting author’s name in bold and underlined)
- Affiliation(s) of all authors
- Presenter’s photo (formal headshot photograph)
- Presenting author’s mobile phone number and email address
4. The content of the poster must be arranged as follows:

5. During the seminar, posters will be displayed according to the assigned schedule.
6. Presentation codes and schedules will be announced through the official WhatsApp group.
7. On the day of presentation, presenters are required to be present at the designated area at least 15 minutes before their scheduled presentation time.
8.Presenters are required to remain near their posters during the presentation and discussion session. Further presentation guidelines will be provided later through the official WhatsApp group.

Eligibility & Authorship Requirements

- Membership: Not required
- Payment Required: You must complete event registration and payment BEFORE submitting your abstract
- Co-authors: Allowed (unlimited)
- Modifications: Not allowed after submission

Selection and Notification
